The Firm began as a sole proprietorship in Kuala Lumpur but has developed into a full service law firm, providing legal solutions from land deals and corporate transactions to commercial litigation and construction disputes.

Mr. C. C. Choo also had the vision and foresight in 1987 to venture into the then “out-back” town of Rawang, Selangor to set up a branch. Located at the northern outskirt of Kuala Lumpur, Rawang has since matured into one of the frontier development areas for real estate as well as light industries. Being the longest serving law firm in Rawang, the Firm is well positioned to render a wide spectrum of professional services such as corporate and commercial advice, property transactions, banking and financial documentation, joint ventures, as well as estate and family matters.
In 2006, the Firm’s name was changed to what it is presently known as – C. C. Choo, Hazila & Teong.
